FOXHILL MANOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions
The additional charges, which include exclusive use fees and contracted food and beverage costs throughout the terms and conditions will be referred to as ‘the charges’, they shall be inclusive of VAT where applicable, which will be at the current rate at the time of the booking.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rent is payable to reserve specified dates to stay at Foxhill Manor.

Balance: The remaining 75% of the total rent becomes payable 30 days prior before the start of the let. Should a booking be made within one month of the start of the let, the full rental amount (deposit and balance) must be paid.
Any additional charges incurred during the stay are required to be settled upon departure. Damage deposit: A cautionary damage deposit payment of £1,500 in cleared funds is required one week prior to the start of your stay. The damage deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days of your departure from the property if the property is left in a satisfactory condition and all invoices have been paid.

Cancellation: If the guest wishes to cancel the reservation, written notice must be given to the Company 30 days prior to the start of the let. A cancellation fee may be charged in accordance with the following
provisions of this clause: If the Cancellation Notice is received by the Company 60 days or more but less than 90 days before the start of the Exclusive Period, the Cancellation Fee will be 50% of the Charges. If the Cancellation Notice is received by the Company 30 days or more but less than 60 days before the start of the Exclusive Period, the Cancellation Fee will be 75% of the Charges;

If the Cancellation Notice is received by the Company less than 30 days before the start of the Exclusive Period, the Cancellation Fee will be 100% of the Charges.

The amount of any Cancellation Fee due shall be deemed to be reduced by the amount of any payments already made by the Guest. The Cancellation Fee shall be paid to the Company within 14 days of the date of the notice requesting such.

Reduction in dining numbers: If the guest wishes to reduce the number of guests attending, written notice must be given to the Company 30 days prior to the start of the let. A reduction fee may be charged in accordance with the following provisions of this clause:

If the reduction notice is received by the Company 60 days or more but less than 90 days before the start of the Exclusive Period, the Cancellation Fee will be 50% of the Charges.

If the reduction notice is received by the Company 60 days or more but less than 90 before the start of the Exclusive Period, the Cancellation Fee will be 75% of the Charges.

If the reduction notice is received by the Company less than 30 days before the start of the Exclusive Period, the Cancellation Fee will be 100% of the Charges.

Cancellation insurance:
Is not compulsory but Foxhill Manor does strongly recommend such insurance coverage to protect the cancellation penalty.

Termination:
In the very unlikely event of a serious breach of the contract, Foxhill Manor, acting on their own behalf or their employees reserve the right to terminate the contract and require without refund, the immediate departure of all persons from the property. The breach may include, but is not limited to any of the following events:
a) Serious damage to the Property which may exceed the damage deposit;
b) A criminal or illegal act;
c) Unreasonable or abusive behaviour; or
d) Excessive noise which could adversely affect the rights of Foxhill Manor to be able to continue to operate the Property for short lettings or involve authorities or police in any form of complaint investigation.

 

DATA
All cutomer data is kept in complaince with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We will not collect personally identifiable information like your name, email, mailing address or telephone number (“Personal Information”) without your knowledge or in a manner inconsistent with this policy;

We will not disclose your Personal Information to third parties except as described in this policy, or unless you have authorized us to do so in advance;

We will allow you to view, correct or remove your Personal Information and other information that is accessible to you as part of your account as a registered user of the site; and we will take reasonable steps to protect the security of the Personal Information we collect from you.
