WHERE ARE WE?
Our manor is set within its own little grounds on the 500-acre woodland estate of Farncombe, in the Cotswolds, a lazy stroll from the pretty village of Broadway and a couple of minutes’ drive from our sister hotel, Dormy House. We’re about an hour and a half out of London by car.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE BED & BREAKFAST RATE?
Almost everything. As well as your room, the rate covers a full breakfast, snacks and drinks (leisure stays only) throughout the day, and all sorts of other little surprises. It also includes a shuttle service to and from Dormy House or Broadway village, as well as the dedicated attention of our hosts and daily housekeeping and turn-down service. The only things you need to pay extra for are lunch, dinner or any bottles you happen to pluck from the Foxhill wine cellar.
Also included in the rate for Foxhill Manor guests is the option to whizz up the hill to Dormy House to use the House Spa (treatments are extra) – we’ll take you up and back, so no need to worry about avoiding a glass or two in the Champagne nail bar if it takes your fancy.
IS DINNER AVAILABLE?
Of course! Our motto at Foxhill is: ‘whatever you fancy, wherever you fancy it’. Once settled in our Chef will come out of the kitchen and talk through what ingredients we have in our larder that are in season and their best and create a bespoke menu. We also have a chalk board full of inspiration for you to peruse. You can eat in one of our cosy corners, in your room or suite, out on the terrace, or whilst watching your favourite flick in the Media Room. You can also head to either sister hotel Dormy House or The Fish Hotel for a meal.
WHAT TIME’S CHECK-IN?
Guests are able to check into the Manor from 3pm on the day of arrival. We hate goodbyes so it is always just ‘ciao for now’ and that is at 12 noon on the day of departure. Until next time…
CAN I BRING THE KIDS?
Families with children over the age of 12 are welcome at Foxhill Manor. For those with younger children, check out our family-friendly sister hotel Dormy House just up the road or The Fish Hotel just down the road. If you are booking Foxhill Manor on an exclusive-use basis, then children of all ages are welcome to stay.
ARE DOGS WELCOME?
Absolutely. Four-legged guests over the age of 1 are always welcome at the Manor. We ask that younger dogs are kept within their own cages when staying in the rooms, just to avoid any little playful mishaps.
CANCELLING YOUR STAY AT THE MANOR
We all know things can change, so by booking with us directly you can make one amendment to the date of your stay when you let us know 7 days or more in advance or your arrival. Your new arrival date will need to be within 6-months of your original date & for the same length of stay where your chosen rate plan is available with any difference in price appearing on your final bill. If cancellation is made less than 7-days before arrival then 100% of your total rate will be forfeited.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
The Manor is a no smoking venue.
CAN I BRING A GROUP?
You can book up to two rooms for your group at the Manor (unfortunately guests are not able to invite non-residents) – if you need more than that then your booking will become a house party (whoop!) and you’ll need to book Foxhill for exclusive use.
